"THE EXECUTIVE LODGE" is a 3000 square foot super comfortable home located in Bend's premier neighborhood. It features an open floor plan, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, 5 delightful bedrooms, 3 full baths, an 8-person hot tub, and amazing views from the great room. There are three decks for relaxing or outdoor dining, and the front deck has a soothing water feature. This is the perfect home away from home for adult groups or families. It's perfect for children...Time for bed? Tuck them into one of 4 cozy bunk beds. Adults will enjoy the privacy of the home, yet it has great access to all that Bend has to offer. The West Side is where you want to be! The Executive Lodge is located on Awbrey Butte close to downtown (~2 miles), The Old Mill Shopping District (~4 miles) and Mt. Bachelor Ski Area (~25 miles). And, if you must, there is an excellent Wi-Fi and a work station with computer, fax, scanner and copy machine. There are also 4 cable TV's and Blue Ray disc players.

*A large gourmet kitchen with a large gas cook top, a Keurig Pod Single Coffee maker, a 12 pot coffee maker and coffee bean grinder and a Magic Bullet blender. It has everything you need to prepare and feed your family and guests. We love our kitchen!!!!!

*State of the art Green Mountain pellet BBQ with lots of pellets and all necessary BBQ equipment to make your meal delectable
*Full office set-up, if you need it

*Corner lot situated perfectly providing privacy from the neighbors
*Pets considered. We prefer small dogs only; however, there is a fenced dog run in the back of the house with a kennel for larger dogs. They'll love the space to dig, run, scratch, and play without you worrying about damaging anything while you're out.

*Close to everything on the West Side of Bend, including downtown parks, the Deschutes River, a multitude of eateries/bars/cafes, Newport
Market and the Oregon State Cascades Campus/Central Oregon Community Colleges
*Close to Drake Park for summertime river floats
*About 30 minutes to Mt. Bachelor for snowboarding, skiing, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, sledding and other snow activities

*35 minute drive to the world renowned climbing and hiking spot, Smith Rock

THE PRICE'S WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES THAT OCCUR FOR USE OF BUNK BEDS. BY RESERVING THE EXECUTIVE LODGE YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

- * Please park cars in driveway or garage.
- *Please leave house in same condition as you found it. Failure to do so may incur additional cleaning surcharges..
- *Linens and bath are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental price. Maid service is available for an additional charge.
PET POLICY
* They are welcome with a nightly pet fee of $25.00 per night per pet. All pet reservations need to be pre- approved in advance. As the registered guest you agree to assume full responsibility for any and all injuries and/ or damages to person or property caused by any pet brought in, at, or around the property. All pet excretions must be picked up immediately and disposed of. You also agree to comply with all applicable pet laws, ordinances, regulations, rules, and polices. Dogs must be on leash outside unless they are in the provided fenced kennel.
- Please respect our neighbors and quiet down on the deck after 10PM, The city has a sound ordinance of 10PM. Failure to do so can result in loss of deposit.
- Please leave all recreational equipment ( skis, boots, boards, bikes etc) in the garage.
- If you do smoke, please only do so outside and utilize the ashtrays we've provided on the front entry deck and the back deck off the kitchen.
- Any violation of these rules puts our city permit in jeopardy, therefore you will lose your deposit if these rules are violated.
CLEANING
- If taking out the garbage and wiping down the counters is a problem please let us know the day before you check out and we will arrange for additional cleaning at your expense.. WE CAN ALL BE HAPPY!
- Upon check-out, please leave all bedding on the beds and put towels in laundry room. Clean dishes may be left in dishwasher. Leave the house in the condition in which you found it. If you have any questions, please text, call or e-mail us for clarification. Stays longer than 1 week may be required to have weekly cleaning for $100.00 fee each time.
- Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am. No early check ins or late check outs without approval.
- All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in garbage can in the garage and soiled dishes are cleaned.
- All amenities in the unit are returned to their original locations in their original condition.

Summary: Came with a group to celebrate the bride to be, the house was perfect size for us all! Home owner was a delight and all of the extra touches made this stay amazing. Would recommend this property to anyone needing a large space. Location was awesome too!

Summary: Overall, the house was pretty great. It was very quirky, comfortable, and well stocked.Pros: ample space, kitchen was loaded with supplies, safe/quiet neighborhood, hot tub and outdoor area are very enjoyable (note: there is a sauna not for use by guests). Cons: rooms are small, the neighborhood is not walkable to town and somewhat inconvenient to get to by car, owner’s quarters are attached to the unit. The reason the overall score is so low: during our walkthrough, the owner surprised us with the news that there would be construction work on the outside of the home during the second day of our stay (later again surprised that there would be more the third day). This work was to be strictly outside. Because he was so nice and I didn't want to put him out, I agreed that it would be okay. What I did not agree to - and only found out about because my younger sister stayed behind alone while the rest of us went skiing - was having construction workers let themselves in unannounced and make themselves at home - even going number two in one of the bathrooms. I was assured by the owner that they did not have the code or access to the home, but never received clarity on how they were able to enter. Not only was it extremely uncomfortable and frightening for my sister, but we also had valuable belongings out in the open that we would have preferred to put away. At a bare minimum, I expect safety and security during a stay, and those expectations were not met.

Summary: My friends and I go away every year around this time. This was by far the best vacation rental we have stayed at. The owner was kind and helpful. The home was very nice and had everything we needed and plenty of space for all of us! We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space and hot tub!

Summary: Place was great for my group of friends spending time in Bend and Mt Bachelor. Craig was super helpful during the check-in. Totally stocked with goodies and drinks. Nice big hot tub and ice plunge for relaxing after skiing.

Summary: We have been VRBO-,ing for 10 years. Here's what we look for..Clean? This home is spotless and very well cared for.Comfortable beds? Very!! With soft sheets, tons of pillow options, blankets etc.Gathering space? Very comfortable couches and chairs in multiple locations..Kitchen well appointed? Yes and then some! Utensils galore and goodies and spices for your use.Plus a fabulous hot tub, fire pit and thoughtful extras provided by Craig (host and owner,)Craig is warm and welcoming and quick to assist to make the stay perfect!
